After an extended break
I am back in the Rosebud Kitchen!

I hope all my lovely chocolate eating friends are well.

I have missed our tasting sessions and sharing my chocolates and getting your invaluable feedback, but fear not, I intend starting them up later this year.

It has been a joy to make chocolates again and come up with new flavours and designs. In the pipeline is Marc de Champagne.

I'm tweaking the raspberry recipe and I didn't think it was possible to improve the rugged ginger, but it seems it was. Perhaps crystallising my own ginger was the key. At least that's what I think, but perhaps you will let me know at the the next tasting session.
