Chocolate Tasting Sessions
Join me for good company, fab chocolates and a cuppa
Tasting Sessions are where I try out new combinations and flavours and you get to sample some fabulous chocolate and provide feedback.
The sessions are free and normally take place on a Saturday or Sunday over a cup of tea or coffee and are very relaxed. Just a group of family, friends and neighbours with a love of fine chocolate.
At each session there will be a variety of flavours in both milk and dark chocolate for you to try. There will be some favourites, there is usually something experimental and there is nearly always a recipe that I am improving based on feedback from a previous tasting session. I will ask you to rate each chocolate on look, texture and flavour.
I normally have a small selection of chocolates for sale but there is no obligation to buy - the only must is that you give me your honest feedback.

Wedding Favours
I have recently made the wedding favours for my niece's wedding. It was such fun and I loved doing it. After a tasting session to make her selection of flavours and packaging, I got working away and I have to say they turned out very well.
